Yeah no, the scientific research shows there is no difference in the cognitive ability between men and women in average.
However there is a difference in the distribution of the intelligence though, like women tend to fall more in the middle of that distribution.
But in men there are a lot people that fall at the ends of that distribution.

What this means is women tend to represent the average intelligence of the people in that society, but in the men you are more likely to find the super geniuses and complete dumbasses in higher numbers compered to the women. That's the trade off, the reason we don't have female Einsteins, is because we don't have female Shekaus.

To the jobs you mentioned, that's more of either a social thing or an interest different between the sexes. Where men are more interested in working with inanimate things and women more interested in working with people in average. That's why you're more likely to find a lot of women in the fields of health care, education and human relations, and men in technical things like engineering, data analysis and such.

A lot of men have the brains, the brawns and also track record of achievements. They also have desires (body specs to be precise)...some women just come as remote control to an undisciplined man because they need sex just like that, or guyman could be manipultive (or he's paying and demanding what he pays for...u know) in other situations.
