In preparation for the launching of his 2032 bid for the presidency, Governor of Anambra State Prof Charles Soludo has rebranded the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA to a Zikist party in order to disassociate himself from the IPOB and Biafra Ideology in a bid to market himself more favourably as the preferred future Igbo candidate for Nigeria presidency .

The Governor, who has serially expressed his disdain for Mr Peter Obi , the highly popular presidential Candidate of the Labour Party who is of Igbo extraction maintained that Igbo people are not yet serious or ripe for now over the presidency project but should wait for some years and must negotiate with the north so that it can be handed down to them.

In pursuance of this objective, The Governor, who is of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) which was hitherto known as OJUKWU’s Party, the late Igbo leader having been the arrowhead of the party, has henceforth banned the display of Ojukwu’s picture or image on party paraphernalia across the state. He has endorsed the Zikist ideology for the Party, eulogizing Zik as a great Nationalist like himself, and proclaiming that he believes in one United Nigeria and that Anambra, Ojukwu’s home state should reflect his preference.

The Anambra State Capital Awka has since been decorated with Billboards of the governor , replacing Ojukwu’s image with Zik’s image, including one at the major Amawbia junction flyover at Awka.

APGA faithful in the state have expressed anger and disappointment at this move, accusing the Governor of using OJUKWU’s picture to campaign when he was seeking votes from Anambra people, wearing Party uniforms branded with OJUKWU’s picture only to turn round and proclaim himself a Zikist overnight after he won the election.

They also accused him of clout chasing with his visit to Nnamdi Kanu in detention, only to turn round in secret engagements with the federal government to advise them to retain him in detention for the security of the south East.

Nobody hates the Igbo! The Igbo are the ones doing Igbo. Soludo is behaving and acting like a visionary leader and thinker. It is sheer waste of time to build aspiration to be a mini Lesotho in Nigeria. Ojukwu symbolise defeat while Zik symbolise victory.Find a winner and follow!

As for the Igbo, you need to see what is currently going on in Igboland today to understand that the oft-touted conspiracy of gang up against Igbo by real or imagined outsiders is balderdash and an overused foolish rhetoric losers used to brain wash naive Igbo. The UGM killing, maiming and sending investors outside Igboland in droves are Igbo born and bred in Igboland.

They even repeatedly share videos online threatening to kill other Nigerians and when they carry out their threats, they share the videos of their dastardly act online.

When I saw the last week beheading like a goat/fowl of the Igbo Sole Adminstrator/LG Chairman in Imo state by young Igbo males, what struck me was his fresh blood spilling on the land, Igboland of his birth. That blood is a permanent stain and dent on the land. Same gory picture of the spilt blood of Dr Akunyili is all over the internet too. The spilling of their blood by their fellow Igbo who betrayed them will bring severe consequences to Igboland. You will still blame others for that, shebi. smh

The shedding of the blood of innocent Igbo by fellow Igbo is what is killing Igboland. If you stop it and turn away from your wicked ways, God will forgive you and heal your land.

I know tens of Igbo who in the last 5 years have moved to Southwest to settle. Some have integrated and vowed never to go back home.
In years to come, those folks will invest and stay back in SW. It is happening codedly and only your ilk will be left in Igboland.

Other Nigerians have their own problems and are occupied with their priorities than wasting time scheming against Igbo people where a tyranical minority keep beheading and killing the innocent Igbo among them and spilling the blood of innocent Igbo over the land.
