I’ve been having pain at my lower back for quite sometimes now getting to a year plus. I’ve been to the hospital where I did scan with the result showing muscle spasm, taken drugs. I’ve met orthopedic and physiotherapy doctors where I was prescribed drugs, exercise and treatments. Currently there is little relief but this back pain still surface once in awhile. I need permanent solution to this lower back pain nairalanders

I was once like you and I will tell you doctors will continue to eat your money with physiotherapy and drugs.
Stop consuming sugar or sugary foods
Get a semi orthopedic mattress
Make sure that sofas u sit on are firm and not sinking
After a week or 2 of doing this, thank me later

Yes, the relief was after changing my bed to vitafoam classic(semi orthopedic) now I’ve resulted to sleeping on the floor most times

I work in a factory as operator but I hardly lift heavy objects

Does the pain travel down the legs or only localized at the waist?

Any pains at the hip joint?

No leg/hip pain, the pain usually travels around the lower back that is before or close to the waist towards the middle back. I do hear internal crack sound sometimes when I try stretching my body.My driving is around 30-100mins max per day

Do an MRI and see a doctor and stop the factory work

avoid table sugar and sugary drinks. Get fresh ginger and garlic, then blend them together and add lemon. Take it any time of the day. These recommendaruons worked for me
