How do one cope with sleeping on the same bed with a partner who snores? Is it every fat/chubby lady that snores or is mine an exception
It's frustrating when you don't get enough sleep in the night, it affects your productivity and performance during the day


Those who have long term partners who snore how have you been coping, how do you manage to sleep?please help a brother out cuz I am tired already

If you love her, buy your self snore reducing ear plug. It costs less than 3k.

I get one cousin whey get this habit too.

I just tire.

Let her sleep face down on her stomach, the snoring will stop
But if she sleeps back down with face up to its going to continue

There's nothing you can do to it, except you continue to tap her every time. Or you move to another room. But why is she leaving with you? Are you married yet? Some ladies sha.

Snoring is not a bad thing God created us all. What I noticed we all human even animals snore if not silent/loud... So during when he start snoring just tap him/her him/her will stop

Snoring very easy

Just sleep face down.

Snoring disappears.

The problem is that people that snore sleep deep so they easily switch position and start snoring again

Try to sleep on sides,especially the right side.Avoid sleeping on your stomach or back.

I don’t snore but early morning sprint should help. It will feel like death at first, but you should notice a difference in the way you breathe.
