In as much as I don’t want to offend or sound rude, am sorry to say your friend is not only deaf but DUMB as well, he was scammed not once not twice and thrice but four different times, even if you invite icpc not only Efcc nothing will come out of it.

- That amount of money is too small for EFCC to investigate;

- If you send that kind of scammed amount to investigate, they will refer you to the Police instead;

- Also, the state where your (deaf) friend lines will determine which of the EFCC Zonal office you'll need to direct your complaint letter/petition to;

- EFCC will not respond to your online 'report'. Rather, a written complaint letter/petition must be submitted to the EFCC Zonal office covering the state where the crime was committed;

- I believe gambling is a legal thing to do in Nigeria otherwise you can't fight illegality with illegality.

I don't just know why I find this your story to be very funny.

Betting alone can make someone completely deaf as in you no go fit dey hear word again until Alabi send you back to your village.

Inform your community, they will do more to help, some people here might end up and re-scam the both of you in the name of trying to help...

Sorry to burst your bubbles, the EFCC will not attend to this case, because the money involved is too small.

And if you involve the police, they will end up ripping you guys off and nothing will come out of it.

And maybe, by the time you guys are through with the police, you guys would have spent 200k.

Most of you just comment without thinking. Most of us get to know life by reading and hearing about what others went through in life. Most deaf or hard to hear people don't get to access these easily because they can't get a good job to get them an android or friends and connection.

haba nau, isn't it normal that other people do fall for scam, they are usually being warned but since deaf people aren't rich, they try every means to make their lives better

this deaf guy works in a poultry and the environment is usually sicken, he really wished to make enough to become independent, so him falling for the bait really is not his fault

How was the money siphoned, is it through bank transfers?

Trace the account number search on him on fb message him and tell him u wanna a chat with him one on one and let him know money is involved....or U can also message any of ur female vrend to chat him up and hook him up so u guy can get him arested

So deaf people don't know the trending songs..

At least movie they will reach the translation on the screen
