Netflix anime are still fine for now since they only have a streaming deal with the studios. However one they start putting Californians in their committees like they did with Sony that's when we know that we're fxcked.

You don't get it.I have no problem with anime lesbian characters after all renal flops had a gay character and I watched till episode 3 before I gave up.Anime doesn't force the agenda,almost every Hollywood film has an agenda to push feminism,anti redpill,etc.

There are thousands of anime to choose from.You could choose ten anime at random and less than 3 will have lgbtq,and they wouldn't be forced.You won't be reminded every episode about how "freeing" it is to "come out" or how others bigots for rejecting you.Anime doesn't sell the women are oppressed bullshit that Hollywood loves.Everything is natural and flows with the story.

In 2016, Sony, a Japanese company, moved its PlayStation hq to California. Shortly after, a lot of Japanese games with ecchi content were forced to censors by the California office. They wanted smaller Japanese devs to censor jiggle physics when you could bang aliens in Mass Effect and go a strip club in GTA so they're was a clear difference in treatment. Some Japanese devs even complained that they were told to file their appeals in English.

These ecchi games were basically the only use case for the PS Vita, which did surprisingly well in Japan. These days, ecchi titles release on PC (the right way to play videogames) or, ironically enough, the Nintendo Switch despite Nintendo's general reputation of being for kids.

To the people who are probably thinking of something along the lines of "touch grass, you loser/incel/otaku and stop crying about hentai games", I'll tell you why "hentai" titles are important.
Did you know that the Fate Stay Night franchise originally came from adult VN? That scene in UBW where Rin and Emiya had to UnCloth in order to restore their mana played very differently in the games, I'll tell you that.

Also the movie barely explored the new character introduced that wasn't in the original series

Plus the emotional impact of Shinji quitting and later returning was not as impactful as the original series...

But the story is still solid. The hints and foreshadowing are there
The movie properly explores the relationship between Shinji and his father

They also did Justice to the character of Asuka

Evangelion 3.33: You Can (Not) Redo...I cannot rate this because I struggled hard to even understand wtf was going on

Set 14 years after the 2nd movie. This movie completely deviates from everything in the series. There is barely much explanation for events and even when explained I struggled to piece things together

While I was able to understand some basics...there was still a lot I was lost about
