Was it extortion?.... the doctor failing to attend to the patient unless X amount of money is paid? ... maybe the patient died without the doctor attending to him. Was the killer really a relative to the patient?... or business deal with the doctor went wrong? Can be sooo many things ... but bottom line ... murder was not the solution.
