I thought opay was better than other banks but i was wrong.
i went to withdraw money with their Atm card on the 29th but unfortunately the Atm did not dispense cash for me after slotting in my card,i was immediately debited 10k,i went to the nearby bank to complain i was told to contact opay customer care, their number doesnt even go through.
after 3 days of trying i was able to get one via chat and he gave me the procedure to follow i did it and the told me to wait for 3 days now is 5th day and my money is yet to be reversed and i want to use this money to get some important stuffs.
This is the firsr time i am experience this what should i do?

Contact the customer care again. That is the only viable option at the moment.

Even if its 1k is it not my hard earned money why should i leave it for them?

They said i should open the card portal in the app and the click card dispute i did that that and they said i should wait 3 days.till now no response

Ok bros. Although for normal banks its about 5 working days. If u reported on tuesday today shoyld be 3 working days. Contact them on twitter but still be a bit patient

I have dm them on twitter but the last time they posted was july 2021 anyways i wiill be patient.

hmmmm, he shouldn't forget about it, if you are the one will you forget the money?

Eyah, I was even thinking of what you are complaining now, it's well, just keep complaining, if they can't reverse the transaction, it's better for one to still keep using the ATM of the bank that one can complain to easily and get it sorted out.

Bro chill....it happens..Just resend your complaint via card dispute and wait, you'll be refunded......If it doesn't happen,just know that the money has been deposited in the pos or paga persons account
