Please how can I get an Immigration Lawyer here in Nigeria? Should I just visit the immigration office.
Its over 14weeks now without my passport and its really damaging having lost a lot.

UKVI replied me to visit TLS directly that they have been instructed to return my passport while TLS keeps telling me the embassy has not returned it. Whereas security guard won't allow me in at the embassy (Lagos). This damage is so unbearable.

I'm not even expecting a vignette I got a refusal letter since October 21st..Biometrics done sine September 2nd.

I feel the only option I have is to get an Immigration Lawyer..please who has worked with one and how fast is the process and cost?

The 3 of us are planning on buying a property which would serve as a family house for 3 of us our wife’s and kids, instead of paying multiple rent.
We jointly have about 18M in Nigeria
Please can this be enough to serve as a down payment for a bungalow where we can spread the balance over the years in a mortgage plan.

Also, we are planning on putting all the funds (18M) into one account and send it to UK via form A. Would this be possible?

Please can someone advise me on the process for all this and guide us on what best to do to avoid mistakes

Atleast you don do 3 years already, 7 more to go.. don’t worry this too shall pass and you go enter UK before you know it.

But next time, no matter what you do, don’t be tempted to include any fake documents o..Because by the time you have finished packaging and submitted, you may be thinking you have tricked them, until it dawns on you again that it will be spotted.

Like my case, after submitting, I was happy until they blasted me, even though I didn’t submit any fake documents. They just found out flaws in my account that I had thought they wouldn’t take note of.

So be careful, as any information you provide will surely be verified and used against you.
