Guz: if u don't collect your PVCs...Dey may give those PVCs to criminal surrogates to use to vote & return or they throw them away after elections.

The ghost huge number of voters in some states of the federation will be demystified with the use of the BVAS and IREV. Underage voters will be prevented from voting by the BVAS. In Enugu, just put on gburugburu cap or shirt to INEC OFFICE and they give it to you

The voters card shuld have been taken to each each poling unit just like the one of 2015 election for easy distribution
