As regards giving outsiders work, which work are we referring to here ? Are u saying Hausa's who are at the top of ministries and government parastatals are not recruiting massively their kit and kin into the system ? It's only Lagos state that can really be described as giving jobs to outsiders like you are alluding to Hausa states.

Lagos, and we know the only reason it happens is that Lagos is a cosmopolitan state where Nigerians from other SW states, SS, SE and the North are represented. In fact the Tinubu that's their most famous governor isn't even an ethnic Lagosian, goes to tell you the way the state's been structured.

CBN, NIMASA, DPR, NNPC,etc. These are government agencies that pay very well and have good condition of service, yet na Northers full there. The last time somone blew whistle about illegal recruitment in CBN we all saw the number of Northerners that populate the recruitment list.

One time like that I was at NDIC in Marina here in Lagos, omo U will think Hausa is the Lingua Franca in Nigeria with so many men and women in Kaftan and Hijab respectively who are staff coversing in Hausa at the Lobby.
