If the Newcastle rumor is true I will prefer Moffi moving there. To me there is no difference between Lorient and Nice If I were him I will only leave Lorient to remain in France to any of ligue one big boys which are Monaco, psg,Lyon, lille and marseille Newcastle intend selling wood this window or next and want to bring in Moffi who they already tag a better player than the New Zealander as his replacement Moffi I believe hv done enough to move to a bigger league or club in France not Nice |

ChrisKels:the production of players for the national is the responsibility of our youth team coaches and for sometime they hv failed woefully in that aspect Let’s hope few decent ones emerge from the current u20 and 23 team |

Well, but you do have time to twist things, don't you. Don't twist it Chris. I didn't narrow down my Midfield talks to AMs. You are the one trying to make it about AMs in recent posts. I said we need midfielders who can ball play, dictate, etc. Did I specifically mention AMs? My post included everything from CMs to AMs and even in the DM role. So pardon me if I saw your question as repetitive especially in the light of how many times we have had this midfield conversation. It is tiring being asked the same old questions when I have at different times given similar but updated answers. I deliberately name dropped Azeez Oseni. You can check him out yourself. ChrisKels:yes that looks likely, and the most amazing thing about Newcastle is that the team gets better as the season goes Based on current form the least position they may slip down to is 4th If the rumor is true he needs to hv a rethink and cancel any agreement he already have with the management of OGC Nice Newcastle will offer him more wages and a better platform to improve and showcase his talent in European club competitions |

TheSuperNerd: Here is one of them mentioned above. Adept at CM and AM. His development curve will determine which role becomes his major. But he is one of the CAM prospects. Having trouble searching out some names by mention so I will list a few others also mentioned in the above post.... Ozor Okeke and Ebube Okere. Both are part of the current U17 team. Ebube Okere can play DM (b2b DM enforcer), CM and AM. Infact he began the Wafu B playing deeper and ended up playing further forward as the team's CAM with Oyebanjo and Basil Mbata behind him. Ozor Okeke... Bonafide CAM prospect adept at CM and AM. He gives off the advanced and deep playmaker vibes at this level already. There are a few more but these will do for now. Follow them up. Eletu gives Ball playing CDM/DLP/B2B vibes. Still watching him. As youngsters develop, they are thrust in the direction of a major role most times. When they are young, they can play different roles sometimes. Daniel Francis, last time I checked, hasn't even played at Klagenfurt since his loan move from Bayern Munich. And for now, he gives off CM vibes. The kind that can be box to box and also strong in duels and composed in possession. Not so sure of his AM trait just yet. Sokari... well, I haven't watched anything of Sokari in the last one year. So can't say anything in the NOW about him apart from the fact that he is indeed a player of Pharco FC in Egypt. But last I saw him play, yeah, he did look to me like a CM and one who could play AM but again... can't sat anything of his current form or playing quality. Alhassan Yusuf is brainy, hardworking but he isn't one I will put in the AM role. He doesn't have that consistent eye for the final pass and near-elite technical ball playing needed for the role. That role requires quicker speed of thought than needed in the CDM role. Onyedika also is no AM prospect. Daniel Daga looks like a young MF who can do almost everything in offensive and defensive phases with the requisite traits for both. A guy who could possibly play all roles in the middle but the verdict is still out on him at AM for me. His further development will reveal more. Onuche Ogbelu. Time will tell on him. And nope. There is no such thing as rubbish when it comes to identifying prospects across various roles. We have ours, only that the system is what it is and also we don't have as much coverage for these lads as the Europeans do for theirs. Philosopher1979: 1 Like 1 Share |

charlesemeka85: No wams it is obvious you don't ply that route. Omo when I got to Lokpanta my heart was really beating fast, and my mind was never at rest till I passed Ihube and got to Okigwe. Money or no money, if those animals catch you, you are in deep shit. A friend of mine that was once kidnapped by those animals along 4corner Udi road said those things were forcing them to feed on grass. 1 Like |

Naah, No grudges held. We all have our activity windows. I was in the hospital that day. Didn't travel last December like I did the penultimate year but had my Christmas and New year break days. It was a post I had already organised in my freetime 1-2 days prior. ChrisKels: 1 Like |
