Means its very likely the screen went dead. If you can, insert a sim in it, turn it on ( after charging for some time of course) and call the number work another lets see if it will thing out.

is the screenshot you posted from redmi note 10 pro?, did you see any 10 pro play the game either online or in real life?, if not, than 10 pro is not supported, redmi note 9 pro is listed among the supported game but note 10 pro is not included aming the list of supported game officially.
