The next stage is the Assessment Centre (AC) stage. It's a very interesting process. When I finished my AC, I legit went home and cried. Cos while I had given it my best, I was almost certain that my best was "rubbish". I clearly remember one of the tasks, Presentation after analysis of a Case study. Had to do a presentation using paper. Two people in a room to prepare. The other guy with me in the same room kept writing and writing and flipping paper after paper. I could only write on 4 sheets of paper. And then when I made my presentation I made a factually incorrect statement and was corrected by one of the two panelists. In my head, I had failed myself and no need to have hope. But like they say, man proposes and God disposes.

Lol! It's normal. People who write later want those who have written earlier to give them insights. No worry, when people write their own, they will turn to deaf and dumb and will not answer these kinds of questions. The pressure of time alone you go forget how many questions you see

The person that I know who got shortlisted applied a few hours to the deadline and didn’t even add primary school leaving certificate because it wasn’t ready as of then. So far as you’re within the time frame you’re good. There’s nothing as punctuality, they gave a deadline and once you’re within the deadline and you’re qualified you get picked. They know what they’re looking out for.

I remember coming on here around past 10pm on deadline day to ask if the application is still open. I submitted around 11:30pm or thereabout, and was shortlisted

Abstract, Deductive and Numerical reasoning is what comes in main test too.

Stop seeing this opportunity as a competition but see it as a challenge on yourself. If you do well, you will get a success mail but when you get to AC and u still have the same mentality, e sure me u fit no go next stage. NLNG FIT EMPLOY MORE THAN 1000 TRAINEES dey have d capability but they want it to be challenging with bright minds....

Employ 1000 trainees from where? How? To use and do what? Total NLNG staff, I no sure say e reach 2000 and you say dem fit employ 1000 trainees?! With which budget? Who go train them? Dem no fit o. NLNG is a small company compared to it's peers.

And yes it's a competition. It will be stupid to give a fellow competitor an advantage over you.
