Both investments are capital intensive and shouldn't be engaged on based on emotions, intuition or public opinion.

Supermarket is more sustainable on the long run.. Ibadan people are just up and coming socially. But everyone does shopping now.

Whatever decision you make, get you and your friend a good planner and designer to help visualize and actualise the physical structure..
