I paid 150k In october ending when due and still have 30k to balance and landlord have been calling for the rest...pls anybody God has blessed can come to my aid..I know how hard nigeria is currently but I still believe help can be gotten anywhere

In a nutshell..I pray for you never to experience a sudden negative issue you even don't understand how it happened or God should always not let you see what's beyond your control

Shit happens. That's life. Since you have paid 150 to your landlord, stop stressing yourself since your landlord can never throw you out without a 3 months quick notice. So tell him to give you a month or two to pay. There are many tenants owing 3 years rent and they still eat and leak their fingers.
