I received an alert of about ₦60k yesterday but can't find the money in my account.
From the alert, it reads money was sent from FINCRA.
I did my search and saw that FINCRA, is a fintech company based in Lekki.
Prior to the alert, I have about ₦3,404 in there, so balance should have been ₦63k plus and not still remain as ₦60,962.17

I've made a complain to my bank customer care but haven't gotten any reply.
Have you experienced this before and how did you solved it?

I have never seen any alert that begins with "Money in"

that’s Sterling bank. They make use of that! I have an account with them(incoming alerts read money in while you get money out when you transfer)
