I wanted to apply for the scheme, but was asked to pay 585naira, which seems like a red flag to me.
What confuses my right now, is the scheme was published on Punch papers. What do you all think?

I though as much, when a friend mentioned same thing. She was like, how can they be asking the same people that they want to help to contribute N500 each. She refused to pay and follow up the registration. Honestly, the whole thing looks real, save for the fact that this is Nigeria! Anybody can deny anything! Be wise. If possible wait for official verification from the appropriate quarters.

Go and inquire from the federal government agency running the programme to avoid being scammed. Imagine scamming 10000 people of N500 each? When I ask urchins that as a Nigerian what are things they are benefiting from? None will give a reasonable answer. Simple things that government should be doing will look like a very big favour. I pity those who will be deceived by urchins who are being paid by funny characters and also envious foreigners to vote in misfit into the highest political position in the country.
They deliberately make people financially handicapped and then come up with various programmes that are not sustainable.

Indeed, to me, you're paying for the IQ test, which requires the fee anyway. You're not exactly paying for them organizers but the IQ test, it appears.

Rysa is an empowerment program by d okowa administration, for delta youths.
The last set were inducted november 2022 and we are undergoing training as you read.
Okowa has been consistent in youth empowerment from day one of his administration

To add more, we didnt pay a dime, right from collection of forms till tests were conducted and finally d successful applicants were taken, we didn't pay 4 anythig. In fact we were paid transport support a few days ago to ease d cost of transportation on us.
pls b warn dat site and whoever is behind it are scammers.

I'm currently attending the Tmax project program and I didn't pay shishito to attend rather it's the organizers that are paying me for attending the training .
