It is not true. Chelsea bought that player 100euro while Arsenal offered less than that. And Chelsea personal term with the player is better than what Arsenal offered.

It's what i read on multiple platforms.
The CEO said the amount was the same but the pattern of payment differs.
Especially with the add ons
The 70M is fixed, it's the 30M add ons that caused the problem.

Additionally, the ceo said he wouldn't have sold Mudryk to arsenal even if Chelsea didn't table a bid


E.g if Arsenal said they would pay the 30M when they win an European trophy, you know that's unrealistic.
That's why the CEO said Chelsea offered a more realistic term.

As for the personal terms, I'm not sure but i know Chelsea offered him nothing more than 100k per week.
That's even too low compared to other big signings in today's market.
So if arsenal offered less than 100k for such player, it shows they are not serious with him
