You don't have to be uncouth and intolerant just to show you are straight and authentic...

There's the word tact....civility ....you don't have to like everyone in a room, you don't have to hide your annoyance or thoughts on issues...but you owe it to the others to be your authentic self in a civil manner and deploy tact when communicating grievances...not liking someone isn't tantamount to not being cordial with them
