■lol, you don't read bible then Jesus was referring to believers alive that have the Holy Spirit of God in them.
■. Is Jesus Christ not the vine?
1. Those who belong to the vine are also those who are of the Kingdom of God and as Jesus Christ made clear to you, Moses and John were not on the Vine when He spoke those words about 2000 years ago. undecided

2. Jesus Christ is the Vine and those who are on the Vine are those who are of the Kingdom of God. undecided

1. So, what you are trying to have us believe is that the Spirit of God is behind all the lies and deceit on earth as well — the wickedness of men is as a result of the Spirit of God? undecided

2. You know the Holy Spirit as God the Father, even though Jesus Christ explained that He is in fact a subject of His? https://www.nairaland.com/7110397/gospel-minddump#116120876

3. You do realize that your many conclusions go directly against that which is in fact written in scripture? So, my question to you at this point is why do you folks like to lie to yourselves and to others? Why not let Scripture speak for itself? undecided
1. God created a good world.
Man suppose to obey God
Obedience of God's Word brings life
Man choose disobedience
Man disobedience brought sin
The knowledge of sin brought death
Death brought caos and destruction

God knew that man will never conquer the knowledge of sin on his own will because the flesh of man has been condemn already because of Adam disobedience

Man can't keep up with God obedience no matter how hard man try because of the knowledge of sin that consumed him day by day

God had a plan
God came as a man, Jesus Christ
He took our knowledge of sin and gave us His knowledge of righteousness
With the knowledge of righteousness, man became righteouss whether we disobey or not.

Because God is no longer counting man sins against them no matter what, so if you find yourself in hell, it will be because you didn't accept Jesus Christ as the truth and because you didn't accept this truth you can't have the gift of His knowledge of righteousness,

that is the disobedience in this dispensation
The disobedience in not accepting the free gift of Grace of God through Jesus Christ. This free gift is the knowledge of righteousness that Chrsit has given to us freely

1. So, why was Abel, Adam's son, and possibly Seth too, able to obey God where their own father failed? undecided

2. Yet, Jesus Christ, God's New Covenant Law in the Kingdom of God defines for us that which is sin/transgression against God such that those who claim to believe in Him yet choose to continue in disobedience of His teachings and commandments transgress against God aka sin against God's Law? undecided

3. This statement is a contradiction. If God no longer holds man's sins against Him, in Jesus Christ, then why should man end up in Hell at the end for not accepting the Truth of Jesus Christ? undecided

By the way, according to Jesus Christ, except a man is born-again, He cannot enter into the Kingdom of God - John 3 v 1 - 8 - either through the Broad gate which leads to destruction(Hell) or the Narrow gate which leads to True Life(Heaven) - Matthew 7 vs 13 - 14 & Luke 13 vs 22 - 30. What this means is that even those who will end up in Hell also have belief in Jesus Christ and are born-again, even though those who refuse to accept Him — those who reject His teachings choose to live as sinners under the Law instead — and will end up eternal damnation as a result - Matthew 25 vs 31 - 46. They all have eternal life as a result of being born again. undecided

4. Sin is disobedience of God's direct commandment specified in His Law to man, and hence transgression of God's Law. Hence, only those who are bound by the Law can sin or disobey the Law aka transgress the Law. Jesus Christ is God's Law and Truth in the Kingdom of God, and so anyone who claims to believe in Jesus Christ yet refuses to submit to and obey His teachings and commandments is said to live in disobedience of God. undecided

Those who do not believe in Jesus Christ are not under Law, and hence cannot be said to sin against Jesus Christ. undecided

Romans 5:19 Clearly, through one person's disobedience humanity became sinful, and through one person's obedience humanity will be made Righteous in God's sight.

2. The theif at the cross with Jesus Christ did not live righteous, infact he killed and maimed innocent people to the point that he was to be executed in the cross, yet he was the first person to enter the paradise that Christ Promised David, Abraham and the men of faith in the old tatstemenent. Yet this same individual did not obey God comamnenet during his lifetime and Yet he entered into paraidse because he accepted and confess Christ as his Lord and Personal saviour.

Romans 10:9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Ask yourself are you more evil than the theif, yet he entered paradise before you tongue

St. John 3:18 "There is no judgment awaiting those who trust him. But those who do not trust him have already been judged for not believing in the only Son of God.

What takes you to heaven is when you trust God and His words, because that is the ultimate obedience

It was this Trust in God's word that made Abraham righteouss in the sight of God.

3. The only sin God see in man is the sin of unbelieve, if you believe God, you become as righteouss as God and if you believe not, you are condemn already

4. Sin is when you don't believe in Jesus Christ
The law you state as sin are not actually laws but more of a character that one needs to have to enjoy this life here on earth. If you keep it you will enjoy this life on earth and if you don't, you will not enjoy this life on earth but you will still go to heaven whether you keep it or not.

For example, if you dont LOVE yourself, you will have low self esteem whether you like it or not and that will make you lose so many opportunities and inturn make you to be misrable and frustrated here on earth even tho you are a born again christian.

You see that if you don't LOVE yourself and you are a Christian, when you die, you will go to heaven right?

So you see, you didn't keep the 'LAW' yet you still went to heaven

John 10:10 The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).

No enjoy your life, continue to dey keep commandments, sheabi your works is greater than the FINISHED work of Christ tongue

Quoting numerous verses out-of-context does not answer or provide an adequate response to any question. undecided

1. Again, So, why was Abel, Adam's son, and possibly Seth too, able to obey God where their own father failed?

2. Pay attention to what took place. Jesus Christ told the thief on the cross that he, the thief, would be with Him, Jesus Christ, that very same day in Paradise. And from what we know, Jesus Christ was in the grave for the 3 days that followed that conversation He had on the cross with the thief meaning paradise is a place in the grave — a place nowhere in the Kingdom of God or Heaven to be precise. undecided

3. So what you are saying is that when Jesus Christ boldly declared that those who love Him are those who obey His teachings and commandments - John 14 vs 15 - 25 & John 15 vs 7 - 11- Jesus Christ invariably lied? And when He said His friends are those who do as He says - John 15 vs 14 - Jesus Christ also lied? undecided

And when God told Isaac in Genesis 26 vs 1 - 6 that He could bless Him because Abraham was faithful to Him in that he, Abraham, obeyed His commandments, laws, and statutes, you believe instead that God lied? undecided

4. So, according to you, Jesus Christ lied throughout the Law which He announced is in fact the New Law promised by God through the Prophets - Matthew 28 vs 26 - 30 ? So, basically, the Gospel which is God's Law and Truth in the Kingdom of God which Jesus Christ commands His followers to obey, telling them they will be judged by it, is all a joke and nothing more to you? undecided

5. Which Heaven? The heaven that belongs to your pastors and mogs instead? Or do you maybe mean the Muslim Heaven? undecided

Notice how, when put against the very teachings of Jesus Christ— the Gospel, and Truth of God, God's Law in the Kingdom of God — much of what you believe directly contradicts Jesus Christ. So, how can that which directly contravenes Him be said to be of Him? undecided

True hebrews who wrote the scriptures never wrote with vowels but consonants. The name their was yhwh. They were great scribes and only them can add the vowels to give you the true meaning cos its a secret name. In the book of revelation the saved were given the true name. Isaiah prophesied that the name will be revealed by a priest in the future. In the 1611 scripture yah and yahusha is what was used for the creator and son. Then came certain cult organisation and told you it is jhwh, jehowah or jehovah as they fabricated it. Others changed yhwh to yahweh, all fabrications. Ppl who hijacked the book added vowels to interpret it themselves so many things their is not the truth. The letter j is not even up to 500yrs, how did they get jehovah and jesus which is far worst and meaningless in all languages? Ndi eririeri. Dem don chop una head

Jesus Christ never gave any man permission to use His name in setting up your church businesses on this earth. Nor did Jesus Christ permit any man to congregate what are your church business in His name. And He certainly gave no man authority to shepherd His sheep and to solicit funds from His sheep using His name. Your pastors and mogs are instead the very false teachers and false prophets that Jesus Christ warned you to steer clear of - the thief who come to steal, to kill, and to destroy God's sheep - John 10 vs 7 - 16 & Ezekiel 34 vs 1 - 16. undecided

God sent Jesus Christ, His New Covenant, as an agreement between God and individual man, a contract that defines a relationship between God Himself and each and every man who chooses Him. And Jesus Christ comes with about 100 teachings and commandments which individuals are expected to submit to and obey in order to benefit from Him. undecided

Those churches are the reason why nigeria is filled with Christians, without those churches you might not have come to know God self.
God have been using many of these churches to saves lifes that you don't know exist, yet you criticize them when you have not even won 1/10 of the souls these church have given to Christ
Church is a worship center and just like every organization,
the day to day activities needs to be run without hindrance that's why paying tithe and offerings are needed to cater for the needs of the church or do you wany the church to announce a daily contribution to buy fuel or diesel?

The Superior commandments JESUS CHRIST gave to His disciples is the commandments of LOVE.

Every other law fall under this law.

So obeying this law means you have obeyed others, stop making it look like the laws are very complex and hard to obey

Showing Love to God by doing his will is the ultimate commandments to obey, and His will is for Christians to go into their world and preach the gospeal to every living soul

Now the gospel you are preaching will still about how God Loved man

John 3:16 For God had such love for the world that he gave his only Son, so that whoever has faith in him may not come to destruction but have eternal life.

You see that evenel the Evangelism is still about how God loved man undecided

Love is the foundation of all law, without love you can't fufil the law, if you dont love God you cant believe HIM
if you don't love, you can't give

Love is the ultimate commandments, fulfilling love means youbar fulfilling all commandments

Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke on you and become like me, for I am gentle and without pride, and you will have rest for your souls;
Matthew 11:30 For my yoke is good, and the weight I take up is not hard.

Fufiling the law of LOVE is the yoke JESUS CHRIST is talking about in Mathew 11 :29-30

Before Jesus Christ came down to earth to pay for our sins, God judge man based on the obedience of the law. But due to the sinful nature of man that exists because of Adam disobedience, man couldn't obey the law no matter how hard man try.

Jesus christ came down from heaven to pay for our disobedience and give us his righteousness, because it was this knowledge of righteousness that makes man to have eternal life.

And this knowledge of righteousness was given to us freely by God through Christ Jesus which comes as a free gift, that is why it's called Grace.

1. Your churches are nothing but "glorified" businesses and social clubs. They have absolutely nothing to do with God who never commanded them in the first place. And your so-called worship meaningless since God made clear from about 2000 years ago that the doctrines and traditions of men -- your pastors and mogs included --- are nothing but lies - Matthew 15 vs 1 - 14 & Mark 7 vs 1 - 13 undecided

2. What Jesus Christ instead told you in the contexts you pull this idea from is that the 2 greatest commandments of Old Covenant Law of Moses --- the National Constitution of the State of Israel in the Land of Canaan - are the Shema , found in Deuteronomy 6 vs 4, and the command to Love others found in Leviticus 19 vs 18. Jesus Christ never told you those laws belong to those in the Kingdom of God.. lipsrsealed

3. According to scripture, without Holiness, it is impossible for a man to see God, let alone be made righteous according to God's standard - Isaiah 64 vs 1 - 6. You however claim It is possible to ignore , for instance , Jesus Christ explicit commandment to His followers urging them to be perfect/holy even as their father in Heaven is perfect/holy --- through continuous submission and obedience of His teachings and commandments, God's Law and Truth -- , and still be made righteous in Jesus Christ? Why do you continue to contradict Jesus Christ? undecided

those centers have won more soul to Christ than you. Yet you criticize them, how ignorant can you be

Do you know that God want us to worship HIM individually and as a fellowship together?

The worship centre is the building where we gather to worship God as He instructed

2. Love is wishing good to God, yourself or anyone elses.
If I say I love you but I wish you bad, fo I love you?

It was love David, Moses and Abraham had for God that made them to obey God, without that Love obedience become impossible

3. Holiness
When The knowledge of God dwells in you, you become Holy

That's why when Christ (the Knowledge of God in flesh) dwell in you, you become Holy and righteouss,

Now you talk about obeying, obeying becomes difficult when the knowledge does not dwell in you (i.e you don't understand the commandment given)
But when the knowledge dwells in you obeying God's Word become easy this is why Moses was able to obey God meanwhile the children of isreal could not even tho both of them where given the commandments to keep.

Moses loved God and so it was easy to obey God command but the children of Isreal feared GOD that is why it was hard for them to obey God
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear” (1 John 4:18

Holinees is given to you freely when you accept Christ,

what a Christian ought to do after accepting Christ is to develop LOVE and deep passion for the word of God so that the more the Christians look at the word the more he or she is transformed to another being and just like that all addiction of the past will stop to inhibit the Christian from feeling condemn because the Christian will see himself not doing them anymore...that is the miracle of THE WORD smiley

words control what you do and the best way to do God's Word is to fill your soul with His Word a long period by meditation...then you will see yourself overcoming that addiction that was stopping you from obeying God.

And you can only fill your soul woth God's word if you Love God with all your hearth and soul and mind

Many Christians seek God for only miracle that's why they still find it hard to disobey God. Many don't meditate so that the word can sink in them.....the parable of the sower was talking about Christians with their level of meditation.... the fertile and good soil is the Christian that meditate on the word so that the word can dwell in them and because they have the word in them, they can do the word easily..

Its like you knowing how to repair a car, it becomes easy to fix a car but if you dont know how to repair a car even if I give you a textbook to use, you will still make a lot of mistakes because you don't know how to repair a car, it the same analogy with God's word.

Joshua 1:8 This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.

GOD told Joshua to know the book of the law First before God instruct Joshua to Do, because you doing become difficult if you don't know.

1. Engage your brain, abeg! How can that which is against God contribute to that which is of God? undecided

2. Abraham, who was instead born an idol worshipper, didn't even KNOW who God really was before Abraham began obeying God regardless. Stop lying! undecided

3. So, God lied in His Old Covenant Law of Moses when He commanded the Israeliites to be Holy because He, there God is Holy? undecided

And Jesus Christ also deceived His followers when He instructed that they be Holy even as their father in Heaven is Holy? undecided

4. Holiness is given to you freely by Jesus Christ meaning Jesus Christ deceived His followers when He commanded them to be Holy?. undecided

Again, notice how everything that proceeds out of you directly contradicts the Gospel teachings of Jesus Christ, the one who you pretend to to saved by. Any wonder how come? undecided
Abraham knew God before obeying, can you obey something you don't know?

If Abraham didnt know God, how was he communicating with Him?

When you accept Christ you became Holy, when you start doing God's Word, the Holiness will become evident in the physical world you live in but now because you have the knowledge of Christ in your life already that makes you Holy
So when God sees you, He does not see your unrighteousness rather what God see is Christ righteousness in you.
That is what makes you Holy
Not your works

You only work it out so that it can be made ecident to the world and so that the name of God will be Glorified

Now you works will only affect your life here on earth, what will give you the life after now is the eternal life and nature of Jesus Christ our Lord. That was given to you when you gave your life to Christ.

It seems this conversation has been going on and on with no end in sight
So I think I will end it here smiley
But I pray that the eyes of your mind be made open to finished work of Christ and may you understand His true commandments. In Lord Jesus Christ name. I know it.

1. According to scripture, Abraham did not first know God before he began obeying God. That is one of the major reasons why his story is of significance. And yes, I can obey that which I do not have understanding of. We all do it, and I had to do it too in order to learn who God truly is.. undecided

1. This is true, the essence of knowing is to obey,

I admit that obeying the commandments of LOVE is what God want

John 3:36 And he who believes in (has faith in, clings to, relies on) the Son has (now possesses) eternal life. But whoever disobeys (is unbelieving toward, refuses to trust in, disregards, is not subject to) the Son will never see (experience) life, but [instead] the wrath of God abides on him. [God's displeasure remains on him; His indignation hangs over him continually.]

1 Peter 1:22 Now that by your obedience to the truth you have purified yourselves and have come to have a sincere love for other believers, love one another earnestly with all your heart.

3. JESUS CHRIST is HOLY, JESUS Christ died on the cross to pay for our disobedience and inexchange He gave us HIS righteouss Spirit thay conatin His Holinees

So as long as you have the Holy Spirti in you, you are HOLY!

1. What commandment of Love did Jesus Christ give you to obey? Point to the exact words of Jesus Christ where He gave you this commandment of Love you keep pressing on about? undecided

2. Indeed, Obedience is the key in the Kingdom of God but now, the obedience of what? There are about 100 teachings and commandments found right there in the Gospels — as opposed to about 613 commandments and statutes contained in the Old Law of Moses — hence the reason why Jesus Christ said that He offers a light yoke and an easy burden to those who are weary and heavy-laden. undecided

3. According to the same Jesus Christ, you will never have the Spirit of God aka the Spirit of Truth living inside of you until you, through continuous submission and obedience to His teachings and commandments — the Truth and Law of God — come to know the Truth and are set free by the Truth, and become a Son of God - John 8 vs 31 - 36. Every way in Jesus Christ is through obedience to His teachings and commandments. The Spirit of God abides only in those who live their lives in obedience to His teachings and commandments - John 14 vs 15 - 20 - and those who are His friends are those who do as He says - John 15 vs 14 - meaning those who do not do as He says are His enemies. Certainly, you at least understand that the Spirit of Truth will not abide in anyone who disobeys Jesus Christ even if the person is born-again — part of what John 3 vs 36 there is highlighting. undecided

My guy rest, love is still the greatest commandments

All the laws fall under the law of love

If you don't Love God you cant obey God effectively, Adam lost that love when he listened to the words of Eve instead of God's Word

One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?”

“The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”

“Well said, teacher,” the man replied. “You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.”

When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.”

And from then on no one dared ask him any more questions.

Mark 12:28-34
As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another."

John 13:34b-35
On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”

“What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”

He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”

“You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”

But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”

In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. The next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’

“Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”

The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”

Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”

Luke 10:25-37
As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.

If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.

My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.

You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.

This is my command: Love each other."

John 15:9-17
You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’

But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven.

He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that?

Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect."

Matthew 5:43-48
If you love me, keep my commands. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever — the Spirit of truth.

The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.

I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.

Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live.

On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.

Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me.

The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”

John 14:15-21
LOVE IS THE GREATEST COMMANDMENTS, IF YOU LOVE GOD YOU WILL EASILY OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS BUT IF YOU DON'T LOVE GOD, OBEDIENT TO HIS WORD BECOMES HARD

Abraham obeyed God because He loved God, if He didn't love God with all his hearth like Moses, he wouldn't have obeyed God. QED undecided

2. Like I said earlier, walking in LOVE is that yoke Lord Jesus Christ was talking about

3. All the teachings Jesus taught is centered around one word LOVE.

I dare you to bring the 100 teaching of Jesus Christ that you keep talking about and I will link all of them back to the LOVE principle because the foundation of this world we live in was build around Love.

When you obey the comamnenet of LOVE, you obey every other commandments. undecided

God said if you love Him you will keep His commandments meaning you have to know His actual commandments and obey them in order to prove that you love Him, God ---- loving God is not by mouth but by action. So what is an example of commandments that Jesus Christ in fact gave to His followers? undecided

No copy and paste . Just one. Even if it is a commandment that pertains to how to pray. undecided

Ok.

Here's another set of commandments for you to know of. Matthew 6 vs 6 - 15, Jesus Christ teaches that

▪︎ When you pray, you should do so in hiding where no one can see or hear you praying
▪︎ avoid use or repetitive jabber like is common with the pagans
▪︎ whenever you want to pray, pray the Lord’s Prayer as given by Jesus Christ --- not the modified version you were taught in school

These are just another 3 of the almost 100 commandments that make up the Gospel, God's New Covenant in the Kingdom of God.

This is why I said that you should meditate on the word so that the word dwell in you
It is only when you understand the word that doing of the word becomes effortlessly

1. Prayer behind closed door is done so that you focus on God alone.
Prayer is an intimate experience between you and God, it is like lovemaking between you and your wife as it should be done in the hiding because you want to focus on your lover alone

When you want to make love to you woman, do you do it in public or in a private place?

2. Praying repetition prayer means you dont believe that God has answered you the previous time you asked, but if you truly love God, you will not doubt what ever He says.

You can doubt a cheating wife because you dont love her anymore but you will always believe a faithful wife because you still love her

If you love God, you will believe His Words concerning you, meaning no need to ask God again and agian and again over a particular issue.

3. Prayer is an act of communication between Man and God

Meditation is God talking to you
Praising and worshiping God is you talking to God
Praise and worship is the highest form of prayer

The Lords prayer was meant to be understood.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done; on earth as it is in heaven
When you begin any communication with God, first of all show Him your respect by worshiping Him

Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.
Your Prayer Request

Jesus clearly gave us the format

Worship God first, then offer your prayer request.

When you are done with the prayer request you continue worshiping God, because worshiping God is an act of showing your true LOVE TO GOD smiley

I never said that you should not obey them, I only gave reasons why Love will ultimately compell you to obey them because they all came for love

Matthew 6:1 Jesus Teaches About Giving
“Be careful! When you do good things, don’t do them in front of people to be seen by them. If you do that, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.
When I love my brother, I will not give them so that others will know

Matthew 6:5 Jesus Teaches About Prayer
“When you pray, don’t be like the hypocrites. They love to stand in the synagogues and on the street corners and pray so people will see them. I tell you the truth, they already have their full reward.
The hypocrite pray out loud becaue the love of the Father is not in them. Notice what the love of their heart was after? The love for people to see them as righteouss, same with the people that gave to the poor, they dont love the people or God, but they love how people will see them, that is what Christ is against

Matthew 6:7 “And when you pray, don’t be like those people who don’t know God. They continue saying things that mean nothing, thinking that God will hear them because of their many words.
If you love God, you will know His ways

Matthew 6:14 Yes, if you forgive others for their sins, your Father in heaven will also forgive you for your sins.
If you don't Love your neighbor, how can you forgive them effectively?

You see that all the commandments you brought up stoll center about Love

Now I'm not saying one shouldnt obey them but rather you should see the law from the perspective of Love, you will understand whay Jesus was trying to illustrae here,

because without genuine Love you cant forgive,

without Love you can't believe God and His Word which menas you will find yourslef repeating the same prayer over and over again

Without Love you can't give to anyone

Love is the ultmiate, without Love you can't fulfill any of the commandments

The children of isreal obeyed God but the live of God was not in them, but David obeyed God and Loved God

Who was the person after God heart, David or the children of isreal?

If you don't love you can't keep the commandments

Instead, He said that it is by obeying these commandments that you show that you love God - John 14 vs 15 - 20 - , meaning you have the order backwards.
