TRIBUNAL UPDATE

The petitioners' (APC) objection to a judgment tendered by Sen. Ademola Adeleke to he had earlier been adjudged qualified to stand elections by a competent court of law, and that, as such, the issue of his qualification shall not be revisited by any court, has been sustained. The said judgment has been rejected. Not admitted.

After reviewing all proceedings from the day the Tribunal began sitting to the last day written addresses were made, the Tribunal Chairman says all objections to the Petitioners' document by the Respondents are dismissed.

Osun Tribunal Update
The tribunal chairmam is still going through all submissions of counsels to parties as the regards the second ground of the petition, which is over voting. Tribunal resolve on this is being awaited.
