The Tribunal cannot cancel 749 Polling Units where PDP won and then declare a winner. It’s impossible and won’t stand. Adeleke will surely win on appeal and the Supreme Court. We must bring sense back to the Legal system. Re-run is the worst case here if you cancel 749 PUs

He will lose again at the court of appeal. The evidence against him is overwhelming. The election was clearly rigged and INEC admitted to over voting in court.

They are preparing a way for vote stuffing next month. By adding votes that were outside BVAS, the organized crime syndicate is trying to make BVAS useless so that their plan of ditching the technology would be legalized.

It will not work.

The lawful votes were the ones casted by accredited voters with BVAS technology.

There's nothing this organized crime gang can do at this time. Nigeria has moved on from ballot stuffing with bogus votes from the house of political crime family.
Ask yourself why there was over votingThere was over voting in order to rig and BVAS exposed them. Over voting itself is rigging

I was terribly disturbed when I read this some weeks back. INEC cannot continue to let their crooked in-house staffers compromise Nigeria's elections. Anybody can be a victim.

There should be punishment for wrongdoing in this part of the world. It appears Senator Adeleke didn't win this election, after all.

Let all the inec staff that participated in that election where there is overvoting come and explain what really happened, that is the best way to get to the root of the matter

The verdict of Osun State is quite disturbing, considering how much people depend on BVAS and IRev to deliver.

If the tribunal cancelled many votes in polling booths where there was over-voting, INEC needs to find a way to punish in-house electoral offenders.

We cannot continue living in a country where wrongdoings have no consequences.

BTW, I want to see the details of the verdict
Since there was over voting then the case is bad
