There is no inherent difference between a court and a tribunal. The only difference is that tribunals in most cases are courts with jurisdiction to investigate particular matters.

Count Tinubu out of this issue. The case of over voting was established. The inec officials allowed it. What did the law say about over voting? It is rigging.

The Tribunal cannot cancel 749 Polling Units where PDP won and then declare a winner. It’s impossible and won’t stand. Adeleke will surely win on appeal and the Supreme Court. We must bring sense back to the Legal system. Re-run is the worst case here if you cancel 749 PUs

Have you heard the word "RIGGING"before? No space for manipulation of results in 2022 electoral act. The electoral act Adeleke was praising few days back is his albatross.

The Crux of the matter lies with the over voting.

This is where the BVAS comes in handy!

If you stuff ballot boxes with unaccredited votes, be sure to face a situation like this, except your opponent is lethargic and doesn't sue you to court.

If Adeleke can't disprove the case of over voting in court, he's a goner whether in the Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court.

For now, we have our fingers crossed!

How can a newly introduced BVAS voting procedures be disregarded, and votes casted manually and acummulated outside the newly introduced technology count against the new technology. It's just funny how things are meant to work in this country?
