It's such a shallow way of thinking, and while I would expect it of casual viewers and people who generally don't watch the show, I don't expect it of those who actually watch the show.

I have watched Big Brother since 2002, and while there are those who have had sex on the show, as is expected of adults who are locked up together for extended period of time, the sexual acts are such a minute and damn right irrelevant part of the essence of the show.

Most of the housemates never have sex in the house.

I've always thought of this show, especially as regards the Nigerian version, of a platform that gives a spotlight to entertainers in the industry, and helps them find their way in their chosen path. It's like a boost to fame, for people who are yet to get the necessary exposure

I have never thought of Big Brother as somewhere people go to have sex. If it is sex people want to have, they can get it anywhere. Nobody is going to Big Brother because they want to have sex on TV.
