Iqbal is extremely talented. His movement and long range passes yesterday remind me of Pogba, even his Assist to Emeran too.

He played as 6 and did exceptionally well in the role. I don't know why he is yet to start for senior team. EtH should give him and Pellestri opportunity to show their values and potentials probably in our home game against Nottingham Forest in the second leg of Carabao Cup.

I agree that Iqbal is a good passer but i think he is probably still a bit physically challenged which is why ETH has not used him. I hope he gets a chance though cos he is stylistically the kind of CM that ETH likes. Mejbri and Mainoo are also fighting for the same spot though Mainoo has played a more advanced position in his brief cameos.

Yeah.... he needs to buckle up physically. He should hit gym as Elanga did to add some muscles.

Trio that played midfield did very well. Iqbal, Hansen-Aaroen and him combined well and fully controlled the midfield based on my observations of highlight I watched.
