Nigeria itself is overrated. See beautiful currencies. We are giant of Africa for nothing

Botswana's currency is the most beautiful - However, those days in the early 2000's - Tunisian Dinar was higher in value than the U.S. dollar - I don't know if that's true today

This is the best for me do to the colour separation and harmony.

Notwithstanding, let's try to appreciate what we have. It is the only way this country can progress. If I were to judge, I will vote for Nigeria currencies over most of the currencies you posted.

If we go that way we wont develop, there is also a need for constructive criticism,if u accept anything the govt throws at you,at a point they won’t do anything again

The most important question is How valuable are these currencies?

None of those currencies there is more than Dollars or pound or even close to it.
Libya dinars was same as Euro/USD before the war
To me the most useless notes, I have ever touched are Guinea CFA then followed by SL money

Seychelles note is the prettiest for me.

Of course South Africa notes are the most iconic globally from Africa.

This your level of Hypocrisy is second to none.

Central African countries share the same currency and just like Nigeria they've redesigned all their paper currencies.

Ok, as I promised.

Yesterday, a Nairalander was lauding the new Nigeria #200 note as the beautiful ever.

So, I decided to make this post to prove him wrong and to also show other Nairalanders what beautiful notes actually looks like.

I made this post to show you guys we literally went from top to bottom ( Just like Buhari once said) 😂

NOTE. (I'm making this post from a neutral ground without being sentimental or biased)

I actually loved the old 200, 500 and 1,000 naira notes but the new redesigned notes are is a NO NO ❌ for me especially the 200 that he said was his favourite.

I would have posted all the denominations of each country currency (like their lowest to their highest currency)

But the list will be endless and will also be difficult for me as it takes time to reduce each picture quality to Nairaland's preferred 4MB for me to be able to post them

Ferhyntorlah and a lot of people said I should tag them when I make the post but I actually forgot their names, mods, please do the needful.

Meanwhile, which of the currency is more beautiful to you?

Validation of the saying that beauty is in the eye of the beholder…. undecided

Well oga you clearly don't know much about currency which is why you looking in poverty strikes Africa for money higher than the US dollar.

I have shown where you can find plenty of what you seek. Either take it or leave it

Redesign of any county's currency is supposed to be within every 5 to 8 years

tuoyoojo:
