I am not black like Lupita. I am more if a caramel cool What I do with unrefined sheabutter is mix is with almond oil, it's the best solution for me.

I will also advise reporting it officially by mail to the letting agent to come and investigate. Most wouldn't come and inspect and this will help you get your deposit back incase of any dispute based on moulds.

I once helped a family get their deposit back because the adjudicator stated the agent should have conducted professional checks when it was reported before concluding that it was the tenants lifestyle that caused the house to be super mouldy. The official mails showing this line of communication saved the day.
Thank You.

I am in direct contact with landlord, i got permission to repaint one side of the wall affect. I just spent a little, but i think its a little sacrifice. the painter also mention that the pattern of moulds shows the roof of the house is leaky. ive informed landlord to investigate that. she thanked me.

after 3 weeks ill restart convrsation about the deposit

Hi everyone, please I need your advise on what to do, I am a nurse working with nhs on tier 2 visa and am about to go for my maternity leave. I am not entitled for maternity pay so I would like to know any kind of job I could do while at home that will not affect my visa status. Thank you.

Why are you not entitled to maternity pay? Are you sure? You should at least be entitled to statutory maternity pay

Good day,

I recently got PSW and my BRP but my children BRP were not sent. I have reported via mail and got a response that the production had problem and they (BRP delivery team) will refer the issue to caseworker. Has anyone experienced this before and how long this might likely take to resolve?

I urgently need to prove status for my son who’s to college. Not sure I can use share code for prove to work/rent. I tried to use UKVI decision letter but his secondary school career advisor advise against.
Kindly advise me how I can prove his status?

You may not be entitled for statutory maternity pay if you’ve not worked for 6 months. However, you are entitled to Maternity allowance from Job Center. Submit the maternity letter given to you by your midwife to your employer and they will give you SMP 1 form. Go online to gov.uk website and fill the maternity allowance form and post it to them. It will be processed for you
