The Giants should have just remained in New York! |

I think it's becoming increasingly clear Josh Allen is not that guy and now Joe Burrow is the only credible challenger to Patrick Mahomes |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 12:20am On Jan 23, 2023 |
Joe Burrow is shoulders above everyone bar Mahomes at this point and he is not too far especially if he finds his way to SB again. I said this last week that the Bills play indifferent football and today that Bengals defensive line beat up the Bills O line like they are thieves. The lack of running games for the Bills has been talked about throughout the season and the post season is unforgivable. |

Nets just beat GSW without KD. Definitely a better team than the one that imploded last season |

What a comeback. What a bleeping comeback. After having what might go down as one of the worst quarters of basketball in the 2nd. Monster games from Bryant and Schroder as well as LeBron. And Patrick Beverley. Every team needs a Pat Bev ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 12:05pm On Jan 23, 2023 |
This Golden State Warriors are not a serious team. They keep playing and thinking there is one switch they can hit. Their lack of size is unreal. Made Nic Claxton look like Shaq What can I say about the Blazers. Who blows a 25pt lead to a team that can't even shoot 3's?? Almost blew the lead in one quarter as well. Just an all round finished team |

A40:Gotta give Kyrie and the nets some credit tho |
| Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 5:04pm On Jan 23, 2023 |
steady986:I dont understand how he is putting up such numbers. Its not like he is a ball hogger but 40pts on 50% shooting is crazy |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 5:15pm On Jan 23, 2023 |
A40:Claxton has been balling since Vaughn took over, infact, I remember talking about Claxton 2 weeks ago when they were on that run. As for the Warriors, I will be the last person to question them because they have shown over the years that if they make it into the post-season, they are contenders. Besides, if this group never wins another title until they all retire, they have overachieved, especially when you consider the core was built organically. However, I hope Warriors are bracing up for post-Curry/ Klay era because it will be a dry and difficult period for the franchise. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 7:19pm On Jan 23, 2023 |
birdman:Kyrie wants his money real bad but I blame the Warriors more. There is an unseriousness to them this season. Their younger guys have not shown up and they for some reason believe they can hit that switch. I won't be surprised they wind up in the play in game |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 7:21pm On Jan 23, 2023 |
Roland17:Lol shame on the rest of the league if they let this Warriors team win another ring especially this season. You guys have no excuse this season. I still see y'all as the team to beat Claxton's free throw shooting is Ben Wallace bad. He will be a massive liability for the Nets come playoff time. You can't have him and Ben Simmons on court at the same time in tight games |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 2:05am On Jan 24, 2023 |
What is it with my Celtics struggling against the Magic? I mean, every season, these cats see us and become Warriors and conveniently beat us or make us work hard for a W! |

Has anyone seen Jeremy Sochan of the Spurs attempt free-throws? Kid uses one hand... |
| Re: The NBA Begins by felix00(m): 12:05pm On Jan 24, 2023 |
Roland17:Why do the refs let GSW set moving screens on almost every possession? Cause Ben got called for a slight shoulder turn when trying to brace for an impact from a screen |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 2:54pm On Jan 24, 2023 |
147-127 130-150 Nothing concern anybody and any team with defense this season ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 6:24pm On Jan 24, 2023 |
felix00:Great observation! I don't think it is only the Warriors that are guilty; teams that rely heavily on the 3 ball are guilty of this, including my Celtics. The Warriors use the stagger/ double screen more than any team and that is because they have lethal shooters. Some referees call it but most support the attacking team which has been the direction the league has been taking over the last decade. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 12:10pm On Jan 25, 2023 |
The way the Clippers turn to the 96 Bulls anytime they face the Lakers has to be studied. 35 wins in the last 42 encounters that's crazy |

Keep resting Black Mamba and Gigi. It's been 3 years already! |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 4:14am On Jan 27, 2023 |
Throughout this season I have expressed my frustration with our defense.. TimeLord’s return has not made anything better. We play 0 defense until the last 3 minutes of the 4th to force OT and still lose. This team thinks everyone in the East will lay down for them and give them the path to the finals.. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 4:34pm On Jan 27, 2023 |
Roland17:Its difficult to play hard after the emotional rollercoaster of an NBA finals. I wouldnt worry too much about this yet. The serious teams will start shaping up after all star break - you still have to play till May! |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 4:55pm On Jan 27, 2023 |
birdman:Defensively, I don't think so. They are now lazy and this is evident by the number of lazy fouls we commit, we don't run back or cover the lanes like we used to under Ime. We are getting pummeled when teams drive to the bucket or move our defense when they move the ball. We are too focused on offense that we have failed to establish our defense. Honestly, I am frustrated and will be mad if this team doesn't get it together before the post season. Our losses all have the same narrative, irrespective of who played. |

Jaylen Brown. Why is he so erratic sometimes? Picking up these needless fouls. Smart lowkey has been missed in this game On the flipside This Lakers squad complete. Westbrook, Schroeder, Hachimura, AD, Thomas Bryant Support cast no pass this one. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 5:08am On Jan 29, 2023 |
How Patrick Beverley went from hero to villain in 30 seconds is remarkable |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 5:11am On Jan 29, 2023 |
Ajala has every right to be upset because that was a clear foul. Ajala sorry you are not getting that call in Boston, the Lakers enjoy similar privilege in LA. Abeg, anytime I am wailing about these clowns this season, make una no dey tell me otherwise because I know what I am saying. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 5:12am On Jan 29, 2023 |
I fear this Jaylen Brown pass Jayson Tatum oh. There's few guys that can easily get you 7-9 points in 45 seconds just like that |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 5:31am On Jan 29, 2023 |
A40:It's why I never write him off. He is never afraid of the moment, and usually comes big at the end of games..Something JT needs to get better with. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 5:50am On Jan 29, 2023 |
How they switched from "this Lakers team is trash" to "this Lakers squad is complete" real quick though. It can only be agenda ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 5:54am On Jan 29, 2023 |
I've never seen a more blatant attempt at force feeding a team a win in my life. I wonder what LeBron and the Lakers did to the NBA sha, because this is not the first nor second nor third late game decision that has cost us a win. We go dey alright las las

Lmaoo Bronsexuals no get shame. If AD and Westbrook with Schroeder, Bryant and now Hachimura is not enough help then man's might as well retire. If not lack of shame. Do OKC, Timberwolves (missing KAT almost the entire season) Jazz, Mavericks have a better roster? Do the Lakers have the 13th best roster in the West? Bronsexuals are the ones always flush with excuses. Nobody ever said the Lakers were trash. Y'all are the ones always wanting the path of least resistance. Roland17:Yeah especially after his disastrous end of game sequence with the Knicks. Showed resilience to come back and be clutch in this game. JT sometimes when the 3 is not falling he just runs into a mental wall and shoots you out of the game |
