From the above quotation, all I have is old money. So is it a Sin if I give it as an offering??

Give it. The church will take to the bank and change it. Don't give old note from next Sunday before God will slap you.

For now it won't be a sin.. but after 31st it will be sinful and bad to do so.

Christains believe when you give tithe and offering, you're giving to their God because he needs their money to do his "work". So it is bad to give old note to their God. How will he spend the money when nobody will accept it from him or his men ? His "work" as his men call it, is dependent on your money. So giving old notes to the Christain God is a big sin.

But giving your money whether old or new notes to anyone with the hope that you are giving to the power or being behind the existence of the universe is foolishness. Whoever made the universe does not need your money for anything.

The old note remains a legal tender till 31st of Jan 2023 n anyone who refuses it till then should be arrested n prosecuted.

But the church should make it easy for the members by providing alternative means of payment like POS and bank transfer.

Hope you guys are giving the tithe out of free will and not by compulsion. Because tithe paying is outdated and unbiblical. No need to be funding someone by force to buy private jets, expensive cars and entourage of security while members go home with stickers.
