As long as we are still in this flesh, you will still make mistakes or sin. But the only difference between a child of God who is born again is that he will not go on committing sin deliberately.

Besides, there are different kind of sin. I put it in four categories;

1. Sin of commission. This is when you do things that are outrightly contrary to the word of God such as stealing, lying, adultery etc.

2. Sin of Omission. This is when you fail to do what you are supposed to do for God. For example, you fail to preach to lost souls. You fail to pay your tithes. You fail to help the poor etc These are sins of omissions.

3. Sin of presumption. This is when you presume someone is doing something wrong that you are not sure of. And you conclude and even spread such rumours. You are committing sin of presumption if the person is not what you think he is.

4. Sin of unbelief. This is when you don't trust God. Instead, you compromise your faith to get what you want instead of trusting God.

King David did not trust God to defend Isreal so he ordered a census to be taken. God was angry with him and 70 thousands people died because of it.

So, it's virtually impossible to find someone who will not be found wanting in at least one of the category of sin listed.
