First, you can't hoard and sell an item that is readily available. Hoarding is always an outcome of scarcity. Second, this doesn't happen without the connivance of bank officials - I hope they get arrested too.

This is what I have been saying for a long time. Those who think one person or president will come and change Nigeria are just wasting their time. Who gave them the new notes? Why is the bank manager or bank staff not arrested too? Someone gave them the notes. Get that person arrested to set as example

The CBN or the banks are the one that cause the problem. What do they expect. Just imagine you told someone that he should come and deposit the old note in his hand and he deposited it . Je went back to the bank to withdraw back his money with new note but he was told he could not collect more than #20000 in a day. Je went to the ATM in other to collect that 20,000 naira but he met the crowd at the ATM because only one ATM out of Seven ATMS was working and because of that the crowd at the ATM made rule that you can only collect #10,000 for others to collect and you are in need of #100,000 because of the stress you are going to pass through you left back to your house and thought of using POS to withdraw it.

A PoS man or a man that was able to transfer his money to different accounts brothers and sisters account and he doesn't mind to wait at the Bank ATM to collect that 10,000 go back and qeue to get another 10,000. Station another people at the difference Atm to help him collect that 10,000.

He was able to get #100,000 . When he got home someone just came and said he wanted to collect 100,000 with #1000 charges. if it is you will you give it to him at that price when you know that for that day ,no where to get another fund?

Which one do you want him to think. The cost of transportation he made from moving from one banks to another or the stress he passed through from 6am in the money till 3:00 Pm? The money the spent on food. The charges bank removed from each transaction he made ?

So our government and bank are our problem . The Nigerias youth are smart to turn weeknesses of our government to money and I don't blame them. If everybody can walk up to the ATM without stress will you go to anyone who asked you to come and pay money to buy it will you go to him.

The government and banks created hardship for the citizen and the brave youths endure the hardship to get the money from lion and you want them to put it on the table free of charges?

People should be careful. The POS gentleman yesterday sold to me 7k for 800. He didn't know he just committed economic sabotage and should I press further, he will be arrested and jailed.
