I tried it at the time of writing this post but it didn't work ,it was declined. Please note I have used it before few months back and it worked perfectly but not working recently.

Next time, ensure that you chat seller before placing your order. In my own case, I could chat up to 3 sellers at the same time asking about their ability to ship to my country, and the one that gives prompt reply (within a day or 2) usually gets my patronage.... It doesn't matter how many times you message some sellers, they won't just show up online. Av always wondered why they exist on Aliexpress.

Forget about cheap way, the only way now is 'black way'. That is, buying with US dollar at black market rate, which is not cheap. If you can afford dollar Card, then go get one at your bank. Or you can contact '' "Noobody" to help with your payments.
