I actually don't need conditioned air in the closet. I even wished there was a door that separated it from the room so cold air doesn't escape inside the closet as nobody lives/stays there.

Okay, but I feel there's a need to have a reasonable thermal comfort within your livable space,

On a more serious note 2Hp(1nr) can not conveniently cool that space (master bedroom), it's cheaper if you can make provision for 2 ACs either in terms of sleeves or piping to avoid breaking of walls in future, with this you have nothing to worry about anytime you feel there's need to increase

He has supplied paints to me @Imo state with 50% up front payment, and the remaining was paid after my inlaw counted and confirmed the number/quantity

That counting/confirmation is equivalent to the review the client in the above case is talking about.

Your main concern should be for this review to be done as soon as possible.
I don't understand why you guys are still dragging this simple issue.

In fact, if i had reviewed my tiler's work(done in july) by myself, i wouldn't have paid him his full money. The guy did a generally messed-up work and snapped only the good part(because he wasn't monitored).

Nigerians are not always the kind of people who can put the best of their professionalism and skills into their work without close monitoring, when compared to the Asian/other African artisans i see where i live.

Thanks very much for your input. There is actually provision; piping and wiring for 2 ACs, it's just the cost if buying 2 ACs for just our room that's a thing. But I'll buy a 2 HP first and see. It'll be at the position right above the bed. As much as we don't like heat, We actually don't like very cold AC too. We hardly ever set them below 24.

Yes if u are using a lower gauge, it is better you use 0.55mm for stepped tiles if you want to afford leakages.
