If she's strong enough let someone close to her use a new blade to cut that abscess and drain it , after that she should take antibiotics. She should clean the oil she rubbed on it and get a better well lightened photo, it looks like a developing Keloid to me but the oil is making it hard to tell. She should go to a Dermatologist or a clinic asap because Keloid spreads very fast and can get REALLY big if not treated early.
