I’ve truly never heard of him and it was the outrageous money that caught my attention. Osimhen who is currently in form is not even worth that amount. This is crazy.

Chelsea took advantage of a loophole in the UEFA financial rule by signing players for 6-8 years, paying their transfer fee instalmentally. Example, Murdryk signed for €100 Million means Chelsea will pay €10 Million annually for 8 years. With this strategy, there's no breach in the rule.
But UEFA is trying to amend the loophole so other clubs can't copy Chelsea's pattern
