genius43:From android 10 to 11 and now 12. and surprisingly my now last even longer contrary to some peoples opinion on this thread. My phone now looks new. Thank God I didn't listen to the anti update crew.

Elvis8236: Honestly if your budget nor pass note 10 pro,buy it again,it is a very solid redmi device, The camera and video is superb, But if you can afford something with a higher budget,don't hesitate to go higher and upgrade. |

About to download and install MIUI 12.5 on my RN9 in place of the already installed MIUI 13 cuz of lagging and absence of the floating window feature...will there be any harm done...anyone got experience with this  |

Gemineye: You're going to brick your phone, backdating your update is strenous and not a straight forward process. Better use your phone the way it is. You can download activity launcher and check if you can force floating windows to work from there but there's a reason Xiaomi removed it for that particular phone. N.B. I'm almost sure your phone is not lagging because of MiUi 13, leave the update and find what's wrong with your phone |
