Can you advise me please... The man I work with doesn't value you having a degree... I work where they produce smoke fish in large quantity... I receive with 40k and others at the oven who are uneducated receive my monthly salary weekly while other sections that arrange the fish on sticks receive 20k weekly... And about 3 of us who are educated receive the lowest please won't you feel like cursing that man? But I tried to forgive and move on with my life but anytime I see this man,I do feel bitterness.... Take note Im in charge of the calculations... His words always in quote"bikeman makes more money than some bankers... Please what's my business with that...

1. Does this man have a knife to your neck saying if you don't work there you will die? undecided

2. If you are not happy working at his company, you are free to go find another company where you will be paid what you think you are worth. If you agreed to the pay that you receive, why the bitterness? undecided

I am having a hard time understanding why you think your boss is to blame for you being paid what you currently earn. Did he agree to pay you more or what?. undecided
