In a statewide broadcast while addressing the people of Oyo State after the protest that broke out in Ibadan yesterday, governor seyi makinde in his address said the people have the right to protest but should also know that they have the power of PVC in their hands and they should use it in the comming election.

He also suspends all campaing activities in the state so as to bring calmness and peace to the state.
