Of course, the current state of Awka is a symbol of shame , embarrassment and mockery to Ndi Anambra. Soludo knows this but he has so much work to do I dont envy him. Obiano set up Soludo to fail.

Firstly, Akpokuedike liquidated our savings and sunked the state in debt which makes it very difficult for Soludo to take off smoothly as it was for Obiano. Peter Obi even saved for salaries and left a fat bank account for Obiano, which Obiano himself admitted. Upon assumption assessment of the state of infrastructures Soludo discovered we have infrastructural deficit and we are broke as ffuck.


Now , look at Awka and the useless bridges, look at Onicha and the mountains of refuses lifted, look at Okpoko and Nnewi. These towns were abandoned while Obiano was chasing legacy projects

All the things you wrote are lies. I can beat my chest to say that Awka is a beautiful well planned city at least in Nigerian standard. There are several dual carriage ways in the city, Zik Avenue is one of them, Esther Obiakor, Ekwueme Road, Secretariate Road, etc, I won't forget numerous of such roads at Awka Millennium city.

There are less slum in Awka if there any compare to Owerri. I have done a project for UNDP in Owerri, go to worldbank in Owerri, you will be wondering if you are actually in a state capital. I think someone already posted a video of Owerri here.
