For those who didn't understand what the council of state said; they basically told Emefiele that redesigning the naira is good but enough new notes should be injected into the system first before banning use of the old notes. That means for now, old and new notes should go together like governor El Rufai of Kaduna suggested.

slowpoke, you don't need to print 1trillion, other wise why do you want to go cashless,many people are already embracing the cashless transactions, all CBN need is to inject a reasonable amount of the new notes, every thing will normalised as soon as people realise that you don't need to pay everything with cash.most people will gladly accept transfer because it eliminates some inconveniences like looking for change

don't blame anybody for his/her reasoning here, it's Emefiele that is making people reason anticlockwise. What the CBN would have done seamlessly by gradually withdrawing any old cash that enters the bank and releasing corresponding Cash into circulation is what has plunge the country into wahala now. Some of us just think Nigeria is just Abuja and Lagos that is why some people are still supporting the useless Emefiele and his gang.
