Prior to capturing the city, Cyrus achieved a decisive victory at the Battle of Opis against Nabonidus, King of Babylon. The question is, what is the marker for the end of the tribulation, how do we know that it is time?

We know that the tribulation has ended when we see and hear the declaration of Peace and Safety. The marker for the commencement of tribulation was the loss of peace and safety

The symbolism of the drying of the Euphrates in this time is not about a physical drying of the water, it is a spiritual drying up of knowledge, intelligence, intellect and wisdom.

When their sun is darkened and their moon has no light anymore, what follows naturally is their fall from heaven. And because they have oppressed the world rather than feed, care for, and nurture the world, they will try to hide from the wrath of the Great Master. They have been very unruly, wholly oppressive, completely disobedient, evil, wicked, and wrathful children.
