Kano has been known for a city with cash at home since in the 70s... And so are many northerners. How would just want to turn them into poor men overnight? This policy will cause war if care is not taken.

Banks are answerable to CBN since Supreme Court did not join them in the Suit.

No directive has been given to Banks by CBN to collect Old notes since expiration date of 10th.

So, Governor of Kano state should face CBN, Supreme Court and Banks not Welcare Supermarket

The way Nigeria governors show their ultra vires power you start wondering what is wrong with black man? The owner of the shop has right to determine what to sell and whom to sell t. who wants to get caught up in the power play? so what happens tomorrow if banks didn't collect the money from the owner? will foolish Ganduje closed the bank too? Is it the owner fault that confusion has enmeshed the currency swap policy. The man is trying to protect his investment from losses. The CBN didn't give order to banks to keep collecting and banks are telling customers they are not collecting but No you have to choose the soft target o scapegoat. I wish Emefiele extends the deadline but Ganduje is a coward, big time coward he should face Emefiele and Buhari and leave people trying to make ends meet. He doesn't have that power to shut down the shop because the owner chose whom to sell and means to exchange his goods.
