I don’t think those 2k, 4K and 5k credit would be an issue as they are not too big a sum, so far it isn’t consistent for all the 6 months. As that might alter the total amount he earns per month. Well, he has submitted already, so not much can be done other than to wait for feedback from the embassy.

you don't get it sir, my business can afford to pay me up to 900k monthly but since I am the owner of the company (enterprise) does it make sense to pay myself salary since the profits can be reinvested in the business and I only take out my living expenses.

For business owner:
Paying yourself a monthly salary is better when applying for a visa so that the person reviewing your application can tell which funds are available for your personal use and which ones are for your business.

You can try your luck. No one can really say for sure how the ECO might view it, but to me, I think that seems good as long as you can provide evidence of where the funds you have been sending into the Monzo account came from

The one in the Monzo account will have to be your disposable income then, since you aren't in the UK to utilize the funds.

How do I go about it. Though my sister is my sponsor for this visit because she’s based there. I have all my CAC documents and I have filed for my annual returns too.

I also have 1 refusal in 2019. What are my chances that I’ll get my visa approved this time.

He submitted fake documents and he can be arrested if he goes to the immigration to pick up his passport.

Whether you have an active CAC or not ... Pay yourself salary .... If your business is not active and doesnt have a bouyant business account but you pay yourself salary ... apply as an employee... Its the best . If you dont pay yourself salary ... give it some time... pay your self above 350k every month for the next 7 month. and spend between 75-90k monthly ... avoid any other payment being paid into your account .

They are processing the standard visitor visa applications of those guys who have visited the UK before fast these days; some of them get decisions within 2 weeks after their biometrics.

Whereas, the visa applications for first time applicants are a bit delayed.

I don't think that's the case, sir. Once your passport is ready for pick up and you don't come to pick after a specified period, the passport is moved to NIS for your pickup. They can't hold on to your passport indefinitely.

some cases this is what happens… I think everyone is allowed a grace of 28 days to pick up from TLS.. if you exceed this period they write that they will have to send passport to the issuers which is NIS.. other cases if you put fake visa stamps. They don’t return to you, they seize it and also send to Nigeria Immigration Services.

Many have fallen victim to scammers online, including me, investing with businesses not registered with CAC to do such.

Many have been defrauded by agents parading on social media, but a simple check with CAC on search.cac.gov.ng will show such businesses are unregistered with CAC; hence they have nothing to lose.

Years ago, I contacted a vendor on Instagram about getting crocs for meemaw. Still, after receiving flimsy excuses from the vendor, I remember her vividly bosting she has another social media account. If I should cast the present one, it won't affect her business.

Someone who reached out for an LOI template to process her Canadian student visa after spending above 1m, her visa was denied for insufficient funds. She opened up that she never saw any documents, including the SOA used by the agent.

CAC has made it difficult for scammers to register a business by mandating using NIN for company incorporation.

No one can guarantee the success of your visa, but if you have sound finances, you can make your profile stand out from the crowd, thus, increasing your chances of getting approved.
