Try to read the op next time pls. Its stated clearly that banks received directive from cbn to start taking old notes from 0 to 500k. Several acquaintances that tried to deposit with cbn also called and told me that cbn told them to go back to their banks to deposit so its funny how cbn is now doing a volte face for whatever reason and blaming media for something they announced.
