CBN and Banks messed the whole exercise up by not distributing the new Naira notes quickly and aggressively. I still find fault with the timing but the ship has already sailed.

Yes now, even as at January Atm was still bringing out old notes… the best thing they should have done is that we should continue spending the old and new notes together.. even if you give a trader a new note, it is the old one they would give back as change…
