You need to come and work here o! 12-hour shift and you must not have your phone with you. Even the Data Entry job I did 4 hours daily (Monday to Friday) from 7pm to 11pm required I don't have my phone so I always kept it locked in the staff locker room.

Please, I do need such data entry job. Kindly link me up of there is vacancy for such role.

The essence of such method is to curb distraction and ensure full attention in the course of carrying out duties.

which industry is that because some companies might use that to punish their staff. Where this is applicable is banks, eatery, intelligent unit, customer care and other sensitive position. Not about running a 1 man biz and u tell all ur staffs to drop dere phone because of total concentration. Bullsh*t!!!

Nahh not complaining. Just replying to the dude that asked if it's a factory.
I'm used to it. I worked with Guinness some years back. I was under production and phones are not allowed in the production area.
So, it's not new to me.

The Call center Persons with Telecoms were the BIG BOIs and LADIES of the work force
Especially if you were working with GLO, MTN or Econet
