INEC was partly responsible for it.. Asides the fact that so many PVCs were said not to be ready and unprinted even as at the close of collection, they didn't start distribution early like they announced. I personally tried collecting mine as at December and we were all told to come back in January. Come January, the distribution pace was slow and hectic. I spent the whole of the first 3 days I went there trying to collect mine unsuccessfully. You cam imagine in not more than 15 to 20 persons picking up theirs from morning till they closed. And when they started moving round from to designated locations, people didn't even know where and how they were moving.

I went to Igbede ( Inec office around Ojo LGA) and Iba primary school complete one week and was told mine not ready. I will try again after the election.

It's on record that Igbos were not allowed to pick their newly registered card. The Igbos formed the greater number of the newly registered cards. That's APC only way of disenfranchising them from voting Obidatti.

I can assure you that most of the uncollected PVCs are students, they were all in school when collection began, still in school when collection was extended but after the deadline, NUC asked them to go home. A lot of students won't be able to vote.

What was the essence of Stopping it when so many people have not collected? Normally, people should still have the opportunity of collecting their PVSs Even a night before the election day, But this country is just a disgrace.
