I would go from B because the world is moving towards tech. However on a second thought I would go with the electronic factory because in the end the experience would pay off to become a technical person even after retirement.

Company E - The manufacturing company, also makes sense and appeals to me because;

1. They have tenure and longevity in business - very important. Four decades speaks to reliabilty and a well established organisation that has been successful for years

2. There is HMO, pension, leave allowance and a possible 13th month salary. Even if converted to a company product, the benefit still makes sense - imagine if you get a gas cooker, fridge or TV.

3. Work days are Mondays through Fridays only, weekends are useful for unwinding, resting, doing laundry, house chores and doing church. They shouldn't be spent working, after you've put in 5 days of the week already.

4. There's accommodation and a chance to save money from not paying rent.

It's not close to home, read again. It's in Lagos, it didn't state if it's on island or Mainland hence the reason I asked to grab anyone for now because Nigeria is not smiling.

No but you and I know that's just an estimation, you need to factor in raining season and scarcity of bus at nigh which would drive the prices up. I also believe they could state those as benefits just to draw you in

I am a skilled reader and I carefully read the original post before responding, because the matter and workplace issues interest me.

Note that the last paragraph of the original post says, "all salaries stated are annual and he is based in Ojo area of Lagos State".

If the candidate resides in Ojo Lagos and Company D provides no accommodation, but it is not far from his place of abode, he will spend roughly 2k on transportation as stated.......

But I think option B is better. A tech company making you their Ops manager & accommodation. You will build great network of friends and more opportunities with that if used wisely.
