You can contact their customer care on the app, social media or by call and your issue will be resolved ASAP and by the way there is hardly ever any failed transaction, take it from someone that has been using the app for 2 years now and counting and I have only recorded one failed transaction and that's was because the prepaid meter I was trying to recharge was heavily indebted and the amount the I was trying to recharge wasn't up to the amount being owed so the transaction wasn't successful, and I wasn't aware cause I newly packed into the house.

First thing you need to know about trust wallet I that the fee required for various transaction depends on the network you're transacting with, e.g bsc requires bnb for network fee, solana requires sol, eth requires eth as network fee and btc requires btc as transaction fee too.

No 1: [/b]it's secure

[b]No 2 if it's btc bep20 network, you'll need bnb to do the transfer but if it's btc network, then you need btc for the transfer so it depends on the network you used to receive the coin in your trustwallet .

No 3:the bep20 and bnb beacon are both bnb network to receive/send bnb on your trustwallet, choose anyone and make sure you select the right address you're sending it to too, be very careful.

3b: if you have binan.ce account, just buy bnb from there and transfer directly to trustwallet but if it's btc you want to transfer out of trustwallet,you don't need bnb for it.
